Our programs are designed for clients age 12 and over. We will customize a program for you, whether you.re interested in personal fitness training or sports performance training. Every Elite Package includes the following:

Pre Assessment - Performed at Initial session-No charge with package purchase.

Post Assessment - Performed at final session

ELITE Performance & Fitness clients have access to all of the fitness equipment as prescribed by the ELITE staff. Home program clients will be instructed in a personalized home program to facilitate achieving their goals.

Programs Available

All programs include use of Force Treadmill, Vertimax, flexibility, strengthening, core stability, running mechanics, agility and balance training, plyometrics and specialized sport-specific or position-specific instruction, depending on your training goals.

Individual Session

  • One athlete per instructor

Buddy Package

  • Two athletes per instructor
  • Train with a friend for a smaller fee

Small Group

  • Min. 3/Max. 4 athletes per instructor
  • Take advantage of the reduced rate available for small group training

Speed Training - Includes running form analysis, instruction on proper running form, and training with equipment mentioned above to increase first step quickness and speed.

Jump Programs - Includes form analysis, proper form instruction, and use of equipment mentioned above to increase jump velocity and height.

On-Site Team Training - We will train your team at your location. Training camps will be customized per your team's needs. Please call to schedule date and time.
